We maintain strict standards to ensure a safe environment for all users, especially minors, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or abuse.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
• Grooming or attempts to befriend minors for sexual purposes
• Sexualized content involving minors, including text, images, videos, emojis, or links
• Encouraging or facilitating illegal activities involving minors
• Harassment, coercion, threats, or manipulation of minors

Any violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities when required.

3. Prevention and Moderation Measures

We take proactive steps to prevent and detect harmful content, including:

• Automated and manual systems to detect, review, and remove harmful content
• Manual moderation and review of reported content
• Regular updates to safety tools and moderation practices
• Enforcement of strict community guidelines

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app using the report feature or by contacting us at management@temenin.gg.

Reports may include:

• Inappropriate content involving minors
• Suspicious user behavior
• Grooming attempts
• Any child safety violations

All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.

5. Response to Violations

When a child safety violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove violating content
• Suspend or permanently ban offending accounts
• Restrict app features
• Report violations to relevant authorities or child protection organizations as required by law

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and comply with all applicable child protection laws and reporting obligations related to CSAM and child exploitation.

7. Protection of Minors' Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors:

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable laws
• Data related to minors is handled securely and responsibly
• We comply with child privacy regulations such as COPPA where applicable

8. Age Restrictions

Temenin is intended for users aged 13 and above.

Users below the permitted age are not allowed to create accounts or use restricted features.

We use reasonable measures to discourage underage use and may remove accounts found to violate age requirements.
